Order Handling & Fulfillment

Handling and delivery times vary by item, fulfillment method, destination, and carrier service. Any item-specific dispatch estimate provided with your order takes priority over general shipping guidance. Processing and transit are separate stages; a dispatch notification does not mean your parcel has been delivered.

Self-fulfilled orders are prepared and dispatched directly by us. Orders arranged through Packlink PRO or Sendcloud may use different carrier services, collection schedules, and transit times. The shipping platform used does not guarantee a delivery date. Items dispatched separately may arrive at different times.

Handling may take longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Products offered as pre-orders follow the estimated dispatch timeline stated in the product listing or communicated for that order, rather than standard handling expectations. Please review that information before ordering. If your order contains both available and pre-order items, contact us if you need clarification about whether they will ship together or separately.

Shipping Rates & International Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International delivery can vary substantially by destination. Historical observed median delivery times were approximately 10 days for Germany, 15 days for the United States, 38 days for the United Kingdom, 28 days for Singapore, and 25.5 days for France.

These historical figures are guidance, not guaranteed delivery dates or fixed transit windows. They are not stated as business-day estimates and should not be added to a handling estimate to calculate a promised arrival date. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on fulfillment method, carrier service, customs clearance, public holidays, and local delivery conditions. Other destinations may have different timelines.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. For orders shipped in multiple parcels, refer to the tracking information provided for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for applicable charges that have not already been collected at checkout. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

Issues & Support

Carrier delays, customs clearance, and incorrect delivery addresses can affect arrival times. If you have concerns about a delayed shipment, contact us with your order number so we can help.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sinawalibags@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
